Very Little Nightmares – new adventures of a girl in a yellow raincoat

About two years ago, the developers of the studio Tarsier together with the publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment released a rather gloomy platformer called Little Nightmares. The project was quite successful and the authors thought about the release of a mobile game. However, they did not quite go the standard way and did not just port the original project to mobile platforms. Instead, they released a new game in the same universe.

Mobile game, which was called Very Little Nightmares, is a prequel. Together with the change of the platform, the developers decided to simplify the graphics a little, slightly change the gameplay and change the scene. However, they retained the main character – a girl in a yellow raincoat – as well as the signature graphic style and atmosphere of the original.

Very Little Nightmares is not particularly long. The game has only about two dozen levels. However, each of them is almost a unique “adventure.” Somewhere users need to hide from dangerous rays, somewhere to run away from monsters, and somewhere to solve a puzzle related to electricity. At the same time, such a variety is a game for the benefit – constantly changing mechanics do not let bored.

Another nice feature of Very Little Nightmares is the soundtrack. The developers have paid a lot of attention to this aspect, so it is not surprising that it perfectly “plays” on the atmosphere. By the way, to the recommendation to play with headphones, it is better to listen – in this case, “immersion” will be the maximum.

As for the shortcomings, claims can only be made to the cost. In the App Store, the game costs more than 500 rubles. This takes place Very Little Nightmares in one day.
