Apple wants to repair MacBook keyboards in one day

Despite their best efforts, the Coopertinos have not been able to completely fix the keyboard problem in the MacBook and MacBook Pro. Users continue to actively complain about sticking keys. At the same time, Apple does not plan to radically change the situation. But some actions are still being taken.

According to the latest data, Apple sent out notifications to Apple Store employees stating that keyboard repairs should be a priority for Genius Bar employees. The company’s management wants keyboard repairs to take place as quickly as possible. Ideally, it should only take one working day.

At the moment, keyboard repair takes at least three days. At the same time, some users note that they had to wait more than a week to get back a working laptop.

Sources say that in addition to sending notifications, Apple management has also taken care of increasing spare parts. Thus, the company hopes to significantly reduce the repair time. However, it is worth noting that so far all this is true only for the Apple Store. In authorized service centers, the terms of keyboard repair will remain the same.
