Just three weeks after the first iOS 13, iPadOS, macOS Catalina, tvOS 13 and watchOS 6 test builds were launched, Apple released the second beta versions of its new operating systems. At the moment they are officially available only to registered developers.
Apple has not published a full list of changes for any of the test builds. The update description only indicates that work has been done to correct bugs and improve the speed of operation, as well as the stability of operating systems.
So far, users are just beginning to get to know the new test builds. However, several changes were found in iOS 13 beta 2. Most of them are rather cosmetic. For example, the Cupertinos slightly changed the colors of the interface in the Calendar, added the ability to sync screen time with the Apple Watch, slightly expanded the “library” of Memoji, etc.
However, there are more notable innovations in the system. In particular, developers report the possibility of connecting to sMB file servers through the Files app, a new mode of shooting in portrait photos, and some changes related to HomePod.
It can be assumed that in the next few days third-party developers will find in the new test builds iOS 13, iPadOS, macOS Catalina, tvOS 13 and watchOS 6 and other innovations, which Coopertinos have preferred not to talk about yet.
