Apple won’t give up 3D Touch in iOS 13

After the announcement of iOS 13 and the release of the first test build of the new Apple mobile operating system, many users were upset that many 3D Touch gestures were missing from the operating system. They were replaced by Haptic Touch gestures, which are activated by a simple long press. However, the Coopertinos were quick to reassure users – the company has no plans to give up 3D Touch.

According to Apple’s vice president of software development Craig Federighi, 3D Touch gestures will not be lost from iOS 13. Responding to numerous questions from users, the top manager of the apple company reported that the gestures do not work because of an error in the first beta. Federighi noted that in the next test assembly 3D Touch will work again.

It is worth noting that after the release of iOS 13 Beta 1, many users began to assume the worst. In fact, the lack of 3D Touch gestures in the first test build confirmed earlier rumors about Apple’s desire to abandon the technology. However, in reality, it was not so bad.

Craig Federighi did not even announce the approximate release date of the new beta version of iOS 13. However, many users believe that the second test build will be available in the next couple of weeks.
