At the end of May, Apple updated the top versions of the MacBook Pro, and now without preliminary announcements, the Coopertinos presented upgraded entry-level models. In addition, the company also updated MacBook Air.
The most changes occurred in the MacBook Pro. Entry-level models now have 1.4GHz Intel Core i5 processors, A-Level Touch Bar, Touch ID, True Tone Retina display and Apple T2 Security to protect user data.
The novelty is offered in two configurations, which differ only in the capacity of the built-in drive. The 128GB SSD is available in the Russian Apple Online Store for 109,990 rubles, and the 256GB version can be purchased for 125,990 rubles.
As for the MacBook Air, the key difference of the new modification is the screen with True Tone technology, which adjusts the balance of white to ambient lighting. Other characteristics have not changed. At the same time, the cost of MacBook Air in the Russian Apple Online Store decreased to 93,990 rubles.
Simultaneously with the announcement of the new models, Apple withdrew from sale a 12-inch MacBook and MacBook Pro without Touch Bar. Presumably, this decision is due to the low demand for these models.
