Jeff Williams could take over apple after Tim Cook

Bloomberg, citing unnamed Apple employees, reported that a potential successor to Tim Cook as head of apple company many see Apple’s chief operating officer Jeff Williams.

At the moment, Williams is already in charge of many of the company’s projects. In particular, he manages the Apple Watch division, works with the fitness and health department, and focuses on the AppleCare program.

In addition, a few years ago, Apple’s Chief Operating Officer began to take an interest in the design, philosophy and positioning of new Apple products. As a result, Williams is now temporarily in charge of Apple product design. He is assisted by Apple’s Vice President of Industrial Design Evans Hankey and Vice President of Interface Design Alan Dye.

According to Apple employees, Williams is much like Tim Cook. But at the same time he pays a lot of attention to the final product.
