IPhone user loyalty falls to record low

For a long time Apple stood out from other major manufacturers of mobile devices very loyal audience. All this helped the Coopertinos to increase sales of iPhone and iPad. However, according to the latest bankMyCell report, the situation has changed dramatically.

BankMyCell sells new and used smartphones, taking older devices into payment. Experts rated Apple’s audience loyalty based on more than 38,000 purchases made in the past nine months.

According to BankMyCell employees, in the last nine months about 26% of all users who rented to the iPhone X store and wanted to buy a new device, decided to give preference to a smartphone of another brand. Thus, we can say that about one in four iPhone owners is not happy with the flagship of the last generation.

As a result, after evaluating all the data, BankMyCell employees came to the conclusion that at the moment the loyalty of iPhone users is at 73% – this is the lowest figure for the last eight years. For comparison, in 2017 it was 92%.
