Today it became known that iOS 13 will have a new way of transmitting data between mobile devices. In the code of the new Apple mobile operating system, a hint of a system was found that will allow users to transmit data between the iPhone or iPad directly via cable.
A new way to transfer data was found in the menu code of the original iPhone setting. In addition to the messages that should appear when the two devices are connected by cable, the third beta version of iOS 13 also revealed the corresponding icon. It shows two iPhones connected by one cable.
Details about the new feature are not yet available. It is not known whether Apple will somehow restrict the transmission of data on the wire. There is an assumption that this option will be available only when the device is set up initially.
In addition, it should be taken into account that at the moment in principle there are no Lightning-Lightning cables on sale. It is possible that in the autumn the Coopertinos will start producing such cables.
