In recent years, Apple’s lawyers have repeatedly appealed to the courts, seeking bans on the use of slogans and logos, which, according to the Coopertinos, are too similar to their own.
As practice shows, Apple is ready to argue with almost any organization, whose logos have a schematic image of fruit. In the past, British Pear Technologies had to change its logo due to Apple’s claims. The piquancy of the situation was added by the fact that the logo of the British company was depicted pear. Not long ago, Apple’s lawyers filed a lawsuit against the Norwegian political party Fremskrittspartiet. The logo of the latter depicted a “whole” red apple with a green leaf.
Now the Cupertinopeople did not like the logo of the new bike route in Germany called Apfelroute, which is due to open on May 19 in the Rhine-Voreifel region. Lawyers of the apple company made a demand to stop using the logo. The organization that is responsible for the bike path noted that changing the logo will cost them too much.
