Residents of Russia and Ukraine can shop on the App Store and iTunes with Apple Pay

Today it became known about the new feature, which was introduced by Apple. It’s about being able to pay for purchases on iTunes, The App Store, Apple Books, Apple Music and iCloud with Apple Pay.

Unlike most such innovations, the new option was launched not only in the U. S. and Europe. Among the first it became available in Russia, Ukraine, USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and UAE. However, at the moment not everyone can take advantage of the innovation. Apple is gradually reacting the option on the server side, so users are getting access to it gradually.

To add Apple Pay as a payment method for Apple services you need:

Open Settings and go to the iTunes and App Store section.

Click on the Apple ID and select “View Apple ID.”

Select “Pay Management” and click on “Add payment method.”

Select a card to link to Apple ID.

The new payment method allows you to not only add multiple credit or debit cards, but also provide more convenient options for managing Apple Music subscriptions and iCloud storage in the Wallet app.
