In a recent interview, Game of Thrones director Alik Sakharov admitted that he could make a TV series for Apple in the future. The American director and cameraman did not share any details. In fact, at this stage the parties have not even started working on the project. However, there is still a possibility that Sakharov will work with Apple.
According to the director, negotiations with representatives of the Apple Company will take place in the coming days. It is likely that the meeting will discuss issues related to the new project. But during the interview, which was devoted to the end of the series “Game of Thrones”, Sakharov did not share any details about his future projects. The only thing he talked about was the negotiations with Apple representatives.
It can be assumed that Sakharov will shoot the series, which will later be available in a new Apple TV service called Apple TV. The latter was announced at a presentation in March.
In the past, industry experts have noted that with the help of its new services, Apple plans to compete with all major players in the streaming TV market.
