In a month, Apple device owners will be able to purchase a new project from thatgamecompany studio called Sky: Children of the Light. The game will be available to the general public after a year of testing and being in software-launch mode.
It is worth noting that a fair time has passed since the official announcement of Sky. For the first time, the developers from the studio thatgamecompany told about their new project at the presentation of the “anniversary” iPhone in 2017.
The head of thatgamecompany Studio Genova Chen describes Sky as a “romantic adventure”. In the game, users will explore different regions of the big fantasy world and solve puzzles together with other players. Seven regions are reported to be available at the time of release on Sky: Children of the Light. However, the developers promise to actively develop the project after the release, adding new and expanding existing locations, as well as conducting a variety of seasonal events.
At the moment, everyone can pre-order Sky: Children of the Light in the App Store. And it can be done for free. By the end of this year, the game should appear on other platforms, including Android, macOS, PC and console.
