A week ago it became known that Jonathan Ave decided to leave Apple and found his own design firm. It is not known exactly why the famous designer decided to leave the apple company. However, according to Fortune, most of Apple’s rank-and-file employees don’t see Ava’s departure as a big deal.
In total, Fortune interviewed about 100 employees of the Apple Company. The Blind Anonymous Survey Service was used to do this. According to the results of the survey, more than 50% of respondents are sure that The Departure of Ava will not be a big loss for the company. Another 22% expressed the opinion that the departure of the famous designer will have a positive impact on Apple, and only 26% of respondents expressed some concern.
The majority of respondents (73%) recognize that Jonathan Ayve has been instrumental in Apple’s past successes. Recently, however, its influence has declined slightly.
It is worth noting that such a point of view has been expressed before. In particular, a recent article in The Wall Street Journal reported that Jonathan Awe began to rarely appear in the workplace after the release of the first Apple Watch. Ava was dissatisfied with the positioning of the smartwatch, and later Tim Cook’s low interest in new products. The head of the company denies such statements of journalists, calling them absurd.
