Jonathan Ave created a prototype car for Apple without a steering wheel

Today it became known that Apple’s chief design officer Jonathan Abe is leaving the company. Almost immediately after that, information about the reasons for leaving began to appear on the network, as well as some rumors concerning secret projects, which Ive worked on. For example, sources reported that Apple’s chief designer came up with some early apple car prototypes.

Some of the prototypes were made of wood and did not have a steering wheel. According to the designer’s idea, the vehicle had to be controlled with the help of a voice assistant.

This concept was even demonstrated to Tim Cook. Especially for this purpose, Aive invited the actress, who was to imitate Siri and respond to the requests of the head of the company. How Tim Cook reacted to such an idea is unknown.

Interestingly, earlier information appeared on the network about an Apple driverless car, which will have no steering wheel or pedals. Such rumors were shared by Bloomberg a few years ago. However, no specific data were reported at the time.
